Terms and Conditions


Enrolment for Babcock courses can be made by contacting the Babcock training coordinator who will send you an enrolment form. Places are allocated in order of receipt of enrolment form. If the course course is full, we can add you to our wait list and inform you when future courses become available.

Cancellation / postponement

Babcock reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances or a lack of sufficient numbers. Babcock will make every effort to ensure that nominees for cancelled courses are given priority on the next available instance on the same course and notice will be provided of a cancelled course fourteen days prior to the first day of the planned course.

Should you be unable to attend a course, a substitute registration is welcome at no extra charge. If you need to substitute another staff member, you must let us know at least five working days before the course to allow for changed dietary requirements.

Babcock will refund your registration fee for the training course following written advice of your withdrawal, up to twenty working days before the course.

Babcock regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received less than twenty working days before a course.

Course content

Babcock reserves the right to alter its training calendar, location or the content of programs at any time. Due consideration will be given to registered students in these instances.

Babcock will not necessarily offer all our courses on each training calendar. To find out when a particular course is likely to be offered next, contact us.

Course fees

All courses attract 10% GST.

The price of the course also covers morning and afternoon teas, lunch, course materials and certificate of attendance.

We can also arrange in-house courses at your venue whilst offering significant cost savings.
